Op vrijdag 19 en zaterdag 20 oktober 2018 vindt het jaarlijkse symposium van het NGE plaats in Leuven, voor een deel in de context van de showcase van de Vlaamse kunsthogeschool LUCA.
Locatie: Hoger Instituut voor Wijsbegeerte, Kardinaal Mercierplein 2, 3000 Leuven
Het symposium zal gericht zijn op de volgende vragen:
- Filosofische inzichten/vragen omtrent artistiek onderzoek
- De rol van kunstfilosofie/esthetica in het kunstonderwijs
- De relatie tussen kunstpraktijk en kunstreflectie

16:00-16:45: Dorine Vergote: De roman als compositie
16:45-17:30: Gerlinde Van Puymbroeck: Thinking about art in neoliberal times
ZATERDAG 20 oktober:
10:00-10:45: Karin de Jonge: Door Kunst Onderwezen Willen Worden, in deze tijd
10:45-11:30: Pablo Muruzábal Lamberti: Apprentices of listening
11:45-12:30: Thomas Crombez: Het kristallen wijnglas verbrijzelen
14:00-14:45: Erik Hagoort: Het beoefenen van artistiek onderzoek
14:45-15:30: Peter Sonderen: Reflection, Theory and Art Practices
16:00-16:45: Josef Früchtl: Delusions, Confusions and Differentiations
De kosten voor deelname aan het symposium bedragen
voor leden van het NGE: gratis toegang
voor niet-leden: € 50 (inclusief lidmaatschap NGE t/m 2019)
voor studenten: € 20 (inclusief lidmaatschap NGE t/m 2019)
Aanmelden voor het symposium geschiedt door overmaking van het betreffende bedrag op rekening NL66INGB0006395303 t.n.v. het Ned. Genootschap voor Esthetica, onder vermelding van ‘deelname symposium 2018’. Bestaande leden (die dus geen bedrag hoeven over te maken) wordt verzocht een mailtje te sturen naar penningmeester@nge.nl met in de subjectregel ‘deelname symposium 2018’.

On Friday 19 and Saturday 20 October, the yearly symposium of the NGE (Dutch Association for Aesthetics) will take place in Leuven, partly in the context of the showcase of the Flemish academy of arts LUCA.
Location: Hoger Instituut voor Wijsbegeerte, Kardinaal Mercierplein 2, 3000 Leuven, Belgium.
The symposium will focus on these issues:

Non-members: € 50 (including NGE membership through 2019)
Students: € 20 (including NGE membership through 2019)

Current members in good standing (who do not need to transfer a participation fee) are requested to send an e-mail to penningmeester@nge.nl, with the subject line ‘participation symposium 2018’.
